Terms of Service

Welcome to Asistencia Telefonica . By visiting our website or communicating with our agents via telephone (+1 (888) 247-0144), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them thoroughly before confirming any reservation.

1. Independent Agency Status

Asistencia Telefonica operates as an independent third-party travel agency acting as an intermediary between travelers and third-party travel suppliers (including commercial airlines, consolidators, and ticket fulfillment desks). We are not an airline carrier, nor are we directly affiliated with, owned by, or representative of any specific airline.

2. Airline Contract of Carriage & Passenger Rules

All airline tickets issued through our assistance are subject to the operating carrier’s published Contract of Carriage, domestic and international tariffs, flight cancellation policies, and baggage rules. It is the traveler's sole responsibility to:

• Verify departure times directly with the carrier 24 hours prior to domestic flights and 72 hours prior to international flights.
• Ensure government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport with at least 6 months remaining validity) matches ticket names exactly.
• Comply with destination visa, transit visa, and health entry protocols.

3. Verbal Authorization & Concierge Fees

When you arrange a flight reservation or modification over the telephone, our travel specialist will verbally confirm the total airfare, applicable government taxes and airport facility charges, and any concierge service fees. Your verbal authorization during the recorded phone call constitutes a binding contract to charge the authorized credit card.

4. Schedule Changes & Flight Disruptions

Airlines reserve the right to modify flight schedules, cancel departures, or reassign equipment without advance warning. Asistencia Telefonica bears no liability for operational disruptions, weather cancellations, mechanical delays, air traffic control delays, or missed connections caused by operating carriers.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Asistencia Telefonica , its officers, agents, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party airline operational decisions, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the concierge agency service fee paid directly to us.
